Pom Michael
So, Chelsea slips but Man U falls this weekend. Liverpool / Arsenal - should be an interesting result.
Zaad
And so it was BTW, Wenger's pissed about v. Persie returning injured after a friendly game (understandable) but now he wants a compensation and believes friendlies should be removed from the calendar. I usually don't watch friendly matches but he can't possibly be serious. Managers from national teams have very little time to work with their players and implent tactics , playstyle etc etc.. if you take away those friendlies then what's left??? Maybe he wants them to just play at the World Cup without any prior training or teamwork. Getting injured during such friendlies sucks, absolutely, but so does on a training ground for example, it's pretty much inevitable IMO.
The_Munchmaster
And so it was Excellent result. Teddy was there and will be so pissed today. With the Chelsea and Man U results it puts The Arsenal right back in the mix. :content:
sayjann
your comment is interesting. the last 6 games(on results)show that the Arse have gained less points than Chelsea and MU. Birmingham are the form team at the moment......... but you do have games in hand but points on the board are more important. win those games and you are right up there, but points lost............... chelseafan
OK probably being premature, especially as our form is less than convincing at the moment but.... GETINTHERE!
chelseafan
Man City sack Mark Hughes. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/m/man_city/8422676.stm On a seperate note, how long before the scousers kick out Benitez, he must be living on borrowed time by now I would of thought. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_prem/8414887.stm

limbo
Chelsea fan, Would think that Benitez will stay for a while, despite the current results. Didn't he just get an expensive contract renewal and I don't think that Liverpool has the money to sack him with all related costs that would occur.
