As a result my wife can't keep her shop (she herself works day time) and is looking for someone to take it over. The salon is ready to move in (furniture, aircon, etc.), at the bottom of an apartment building with a condo building across the road. It's located walking distance from the Ratchadapisek MRT station. Rent is 12,000 Baht/month. She's looking for 150,000 Baht to take over the shop. Sanuk!
