The reason why your TV didn’t go off had less to do with the 42% Renewables and more to do with 36.5% Fossil Fuels and 12.6% Nuclear..

Without Gas your TV would have gone off at peak load times,  because you can’t turn a fan up for more wind or put another euro I the meter for more sun.

Why does it have to be Renewables v Fossil Fuel /Nuclear argument when we can just have both.

Nixon established the EPA (Environment Protection Agency) in 1970 as well as signed law for the Endangered Species Act. Almost a hundred years before, Republican Teddy Roosevelt established the national park system.

Not a peep out of Republicans about this. We know why.

Biden killed 52K American jobs on day 1 in office

During his first day in office, Joe Biden killed around 52,000 American jobs and cut billions in wages as the country continues to struggle with staggering unemployment caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

Republicans from Alaska to Washington have already called the Biden administration’s agenda into question after he pulled the brakes on major sources for American energy.

“He rejoined the Paris climate agreement, putting the United States back in a position to exercise global leadership,” White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said. “And advancing the objectives of the ambitious agreement.”

On Thursday, Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel slammed Biden’s decision to undo President Trump’s efforts to put American workers first. McDaniel took to Twitter to point out several moves Biden has already made that put Americans on the backburner. These include canceling the Keystone XL pipeline and rejoining the Paris climate agreement.

Trump's latest speech     "    "

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi plans to send the article of impeachment against Donald Trump to the US Senate on Monday, launching the start of the former president's trial on a charge of incitement of insurrection over the deadly Capitol riot.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer announced the schedule Friday (local time).

“There will be a trial,” Schumer said. "It will be a full trial, it will be a fair trial”.

Trump is the first president to be twice impeached and the first to face a trial after leaving office.

While the transmission of the article launches the trial, the schedule ahead remains uncertain.

On Thursday, Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell proposed pushing back the start Trump's impeachment trial to February to give the former president time to prepare and review his case.

"Err, Mitch, No."
