He was jailed for 3 days and then decided to fight the charges to redeem his name and character. I told him to leave...He spent 7 years,lost a fortune and what was left of his sanity. Very honorable person... He finally "won" WHAT DID HE GAIN? Nothing..not a baht Its a rigged table all of the way but good on this Brit for giving it a go. Apparently he had been travelling freely on his Thai Passport since the blacklist request was submitted back in 2009, he lost his Thai Passport on his most recent trip and when he tried to enter on the Britiish passport that is when the blacklisting came to light. Since he has status as a Thai Citizen he cannot be banned from entering his adopted country, his citizenship would have to be revoked first.
