Most days you can walk around with just a light shirt. Almost no snow and the sun keep your car warm enough for short sleeves. Although admit it does cool down a bit at night. The ones just almost killed me were the 2 winters in Lincoln, Nebraska. I am around DC area now and it has been cold so early already, it is going to be a long cold winter. Cheers!
