CosmicSurfer
Free Tasting on Saturday Nite, Feb 15... Cathouse Just a few words to let you all know that I'll be attempting to cook up our first batches of "Bangkok Buffalo Wings" at Cathouse. The Real Thing. Free tasters to all that are hanging around as we try to refine our sauce. Critical comments welcome. :onfire: We'll also be cooking up fresh cut Belgian Style French Fries. Cooking starts around 7pm and will continue until closing. Is there any better place to find Flying Buffalos then Bangkok? CS

I will arrive too late from Chumpon anyway (monday morning at 05.20) Really sorry to miss this :hubba: Enjoy

CosmicSurfer
Actually, the free tasting went so well that we are extending it through next weekend. All are welcome everyday this week, from 4 PM to Midnight. (Except tomorrow, Sunday, as they will be closed for a Thai Holiday.) For the first large scale cooking, it wasn't a bust... We were a little rushed setting things up and we needed to a chance to test and refine our system. This was it. However, The fries were eatable and the Buffalo sauce (though thinner than we wanted it) was tasty. By Monday we should have it all sorted out. We may have a keeper here.
