Brink15 Posted October 2, 2003 Report Share Posted October 2, 2003 Yeah it worked for a little bit. It seems they upgraded to an 80286 with a wopping 16 MB of RAM. It was smoking! Well actually it was smoking. As in a cloud of smoke coming from the motherboard. Oh well maybe they'll upgrade to a cluster of quad Xeon 2.8GHz servers by morning. Even the battles will take place when it says there is a database error, it just won't post to the web. Need KS of Jigger here to explain (and maybe to them) but it would appear to this layman that there are 2 servers running, one with the game and one posting results and web pages. To Clivk others up, you MUST use the links provided. then a screen with a block of numbers appear and the correct number to select is in letters above it, takes aminute to load sometimes and it tracks if you've been there in the past 24 hours. Don't worry about men too much. go buy weapons, train your men and get some shit kicking power IMO If you spend 12000 gold you can raise your solier preoduction by buying more.
