Here in Samui, Cabel UBC is about 450B per month and has a few more channels (1 or 2 movie and 1 or 2 sports channels) than the Happy Home originally mentioned. I cancelled UBC last month as I think the price is getting ridiculous, almost 1,600 Baht a month! Since I mainly had it to watch movies I figured that I am better off buying 8 DVDs a month then paying UBC. Might give this new one a shot. Jimmie Blonde commented yesterday that it was pretty good value for money, and at 1,000 Baht for 3 months I do not really have that much too lose. Sanuk!
