I've heard the Chinese are very creative in activities that aren't full intercourse, so maybe this is part of their sexual culture (that's if what Teddy said was right -- 75%, or anything close to that). My experience was in Vietnam by the way. As far as I can tell, it's not common here. I've heard of certain places in Cambodia where it's standard, but only select places even there.
