The_Munchmaster
Never liked The Londoner. Too big, lacks atmosphere. Only time I've been in it when it was busy was the last Rugby World Cup final (when the Aussies lost).
TheCorinthian
Bulls Head is ok but prefer Londoner as a non p4p hangout. Great staff, great crowd and great food. Wedensdays has a 2 for 1 deal for booze. Cheers! I agree. Nothing better than Frank's Corner at the Londoner looking at the girls and sluggin some Scotch! simie
Munchie, i remember where i watched the last rugby world cup final, in Chequers. Very different to the Londoner of course being rather small, remember it was packed and you could barely move. After that i tended to watch any big internationals in the Office in soi 33. Simie. Shibuya
Bagged 2 Austrian tourists in Hanrahans tonight, so i should really reserve judgement. Big fat arses, they had, but it was a nice change from what i normally get up to on Soi

Nervous_Dog
What was the lunch buffet? They still have it any ideas? Cute girl in black shoe string top I hate londoner, aweful beer, always seems to arrive on a night with some event and crap beer
Mekong
ND, Not sure abot the buffet, we only got their at 4PM. I am with you on the Londoner, it has no feel to it, as Munchmaster pointed out earlier its just a big room with no character, it is possable to have a big floor space bar but split it up into areas to give the intimate feel. As I mentioned earlier in the thread, Jamesons Bangkok will be opened at Holiday Inn Silom probably in November, John Bell, the ex Manager of the Xchange all those years ago and who introduced the Lunchtime buffet there will be running it, the buffet will be part of his approach. ultras67
Oh the new Shennanigans in Pattaya is now open, Simon had to give up his lease and move into the new mall across the road. Just from looking in July ( when they were still building ) I think the new location will be better. Of course they could have ruined it in the details right enough. ultras67
Do any members frequent the Bulls Head, the Huntsman, Bobby's Arms............ Has Bobby finally dipped into his wallet and moved Bobbys back into its original location or is it still above Star of Light? ( I wish he had taken miy advice and intalled a peep hole or a firemans pole for quick entry to heaven below.......... :hubba: )
Civic2L
I went in to the Xchange (Molly Malone's) Sunday afternoon and they are still doing the Sunday Roast and it was just as good as ever.
