CTO
OK - Make that 'Moto' distance, who walks anymore anyway?
Central Scrutinizer
Yeah, easy motocy ride to BTS, not too far. Near the Saphan Kwai redlight district as well. :-) Close to the Morchit Bus Terminal as well. Fairly close to the train depot/station too. Golf course close by for the golfers also. khunsanuk
Hi, "It's soi 16, not 19." I was referring to Ratchadapisek. Think it is soi 19 there. BTW, my wife will ask her friend for photos tomorrow. Will probably still be next week before I can post any though. Sanuk!

buffalo_bill
Sir , what sounds definitely cheap for a falang living in the Western hemisphere would show its real value once we know what a possible rent would look like . Would anybody try to estimate ? BuBi

samak
after looking at the pictures i would narrow down my estimate for the achievable monthly rent on 2000-3500 THB!
khunsanuk
Hi, Right. It is pretty much a concrete box; like thousands of other condos all over the city. Sanuk!
