khunsanuk
Hi, One of my wife's friends has 2 condos to sell and has asked me to put up a post, so here it is The condos are next to each other in the same building. Not sure what the building is called, but it is on Viphavadi Rangsit soi Chokchai Ruammit. They are 34.5 m2 each. Asking price for the condos is 800K and 830K (corner). Discount is available if buying both. Sanuk!

Mekong
Where is that? Bangkok or Pattaya? Viphavadi Rangsit is the road that goes out to Don Muang. Actually 2 condo's knocked into one is good idea for anyone thinking of buying shared property with their Thai partner. When the (now) wife and I bought our place a few years ago it had already been converted into one but as far as city hall are concerned it is still 2 properties so one of the housebooks is in my name and the other is in hers, we did pay for it 50-50. khunsanuk
Hi, Right, it's in Bangkok. It's a soi that connects Viphavadi Rangsit with Ratchadapisek (soi 19 I think). Sanuk!

CTO
Yes, bad traffic but walking distance to underground and Mall with cinema, not to mention some nice looking Universities. Great idea to join them.
..
It's soi 16, not 19. And I'd say a pretty good location, but they are very small, so you're looking at B1.6m plus construction costs t make something livable. Here's a map. The soi is highlighted in purple. Cheers, SD
