drogon
I am looking for a flight for my missus and I noticed that some airlines do require the passenger to present the credit card used for booking??? Is it really enforced or is it just a casual warning? First time I hear/read about this Thanks for the info
..
TG enforce it all the time. You can, however, book the tix, go to the city tix office, show them the card and they mark it on the computer as OK. Cheers, SD
drogon
Thanks a lot for the tip. What a dumb practice. What happens in the event the passenger doesn't have the CC??
Mekong
Come On Drogon. CC's are given away with Mama Noodles in BKK, the only requirement to get one is to be breathing, it aint that hard.
drogon
She has a CC but her spednding limit is max 50k... so not enough for the air ticket. In addition, I have a 10% discount on all my CC spendings.

Faustian
I can't get a CC! I tried and got lots of malarky about having to have lived here for 3 years etc.
drogon
Faustian, you are not Thai...and you didn't pick the right bank's branch. If you really want a Thai CC I can ask my missus to "lend it to you" and you pay her expenses or I give you my Thai CC and you pay my expenses?
