According to the article, reservations supposedly have to be made through the hotel's chairman. One good thing, the mini-bar is a cocktail lounge and it's included. It's not only about size, but security (private entry, bullet proof windows e.g.). And of course CEO's - I guess those rooms come with the whole expense package (Lear Jet, golf memberships, e.g.).
