That was FUNNY!!!!

And since we are talking about vasectomy stories:

This thread reminded me of a friend of mine who had a vasectomy scheduled the same day that he had promised to help another friend move his belongings to a new house He had the vas. and thought all was okay so proceeded to help with the move. The following day he felt like he had been kicked by a mule. All of that lifting had strained the hell out of him with a delayed reaction.

""Sad to think the gene pool of Belgium has been lowered. BB.

On the contrary, it should heve been improved ! hahahahahah

""make sure what kind of follow-up sample they want in that bottle. Last time I visited the urologist they gave me a bottle and directed me to a semi-private curtained room. No magazine or anything. Did my best and handed it over to the pretty young nurse. Quite embarrassed to learn they wanted a urine sample instead.

Same happened to me, got the bottle and had all efforts in the world but to no avail.............

But could not....... so I handed it back to her and then she opened the bottle ....smile.gif

( kidding )

Cheers !

I'm "only" 37 and seriously considering a vasectomy. I have a son as a result of an affair where my (now ex-) farang girlfriend lied to me and told me she was on the pill. I don't want that ever to happen again.

I'm not scared about the operation itself or the possible side effects. What I am worried about is that i will change my mind with respect to having children.

Well, now I've found a clinic which for about 500Euro will deep freeze a "sample" for 10 years (or longer for a bigger fee). This will allow a future partner to be inseminated and thus allowing me to father a child should "I" wish so.

Has anyone ever considered this solution? Thinking about it constantly.

I have heard of guys doing this pre-vasectomy, or testicle cancer surgery. Probably a wise move if you think you may change your mind. Kinda weird though, I mean freezing the stuff for 10+ years, then using it, if used fresh, the kid would already be on their way 10+ years old...

C.Steve,

I'm not a specialist, but here goes :

With the vesectomy, they locate the spermcanal, inject a narcosis, slight cut in skin, remove like 1/2 inch of canal, bind of, close of, do other side, and out in 20 minutes.....

Reversing it, it is total narcosis, 2-3 hour of micro-surgery as they need to repair the canal and stich it back on.......

And expensive as well, as not medical insurance covered, of course.........

Other way to go is spermbank, but waiting lists and expensive !

Cheers !

My father got one 25 years ago, when divorced from my mother. He re-married, and got reversed. If he could get done 25 years ago, I'm sure it can be done now, with relative ease.
