My deliveries was in Khon Kaen, and the people who did it tried repeatedly to get hold of GF if she was not at home. Good luck with love! Cheers! Just order your bouquet, fill in the delivery address and the date you want your flowers delivered, and pay with your credit card through a secure procedure. You get email confirmation of your order, as well as a confirmation of the time that the flowers were delivered.
