What about allotting a certain amount of bandwidth (storage), and when filled, the new photos coming in would kick out the oldest ones on file. In other words, if a member likes a posted pic that has been posted, he/she could save on their computer, knowing it is not going to remain on host server forever. That way, no surprizes on amount of storage needed to feature this. I'm no computer wiz, and don't know if can be applied like this, but just a thought. Would put the responsibility of archiving old photos on the members, and not the server. Any member wanting an old posted photo, could put out the request, and another member could shoot to him, by means of email, behind the scene.
