A board that has expats, newbies, sextourists in all varying degrees, etc, is ALWAYS going to include those that have a style problem in the wording of their posts. It also will ALWAYS include people that are experts in their own minds. I actually find it sort of amusing. I think it would be dissappointing if I didn't occasionally get attacked. I see it as a "rite of passage," and take it as a complement. Don't worry Kolchai, guys like BS don't upset me much. I generally ignore them. However, I just felt like responding to him (politely, I thought). I started posting regularly on asfo in '98 and over the years I learned that there are guys with their own agenda which does not involve contributing to the purpose of the board - sanuk in Thailand. I think when you are a frequent poster, you leave yourself open for these folks, and, as you said, they come with the territory. I think KS and the moderators do a great job usually in sorting this riff raff out. I will be the first to admit I am not an expert on Thailand or anything really. I just like to post my experiences and views just like every other poster on this board. If I come across as an authoritarian, I am sorry - that is not my intent at all. I would like to mention that I recently shut off the receiving PM option on my profile here. I used to enjoy receiving PMs as they were the only way I could get feedback on what I wrote on the paysite. However, in the last month or so, I received a dearth of ridiculous PMs asking me for names, numbers, bars of ladies I wrote about in my stories. Also, unreasonable requests for me to do something to assist a member (presumably in my spare time) that ranged from spying on a bargirl to lending a bargirl money - I would be paid back of course. Also, a few requests to do things related to my job that I just couldn't do. I'm sure each person that sent me a PM thought the request was no big deal, but add them up and it spells "I don't need this" as far as I am concerned. I do apologize to those who meant well in trying to contact me to provide the feedback on my posts or stories. Finally, I do appreciate the kind words about me some members took the time to post in this thread. Every guy I met through this board has been a true sanuker and a pleasure to meet. Those 2 chinese girls, i know, are not.....bargirls.......They are 2 fun-loving girls, and they're going to Eden with you (girl-next-door types). I don't think anything BlackStack wrote was deleted. I certainly have been called worse than King of Whoremongers before, but name-calling is something I just ignore. As for the Chinese girls, one went back to GZ Monday. The other is still here. We never did make it to Eden, but I took them to NEP Friday night and the 'pong Saturday. They had never seen anything like the gogo bars, shows, etc. in China. I will be heading off to Hanoi for 2 weeks soon, but I hope to write up my experiences with these two girls on the paysite when I have time. You seem to like what you're doing and like to share your stories, that's great. I'm sorry to hear that you shut off your receiving PM option, from what you mention here, I can dig it tho. I have the same opinion as Sarisin - it is no more (or less) a hooker joint than Spasso's or Rivas. It is equally smart and the prices are lower. The music is fairly loud but nothing like Rivas when the band is playing! I was there last night with a "friend" and it was crowded - and this on a Tuesday night. There were some fairly obvious FL about, but also other girls where it was not so obvious and maybe they were not "on business". Some farang couples, and groups of farang women also. Afternoon/early evening makes it comparable to BG7 etc., while late night I've never been, but would assume angels, new wave, even riva's Remember many FRL's work all over the place & might even have other 'jobs' like student, escort, office, 7-11 etc etc. Personally I've just verified a group of girls who seem to like to hang at new wave, gullivers, bg7 when they're not busy attending escorting jobs!
