Dutch pancakes

Hi,

Having tasted some great Dutch pancakes again when I was in Holland I miss them again. Would love to be able to eat some here, but as far as I know there really isn't anything similar.

I am aware that you can get pancakes at the Old Dutch, but they, while decent, are not up to the same standards as those served in a real 'pannekoekenhuis' (pancakehouse/restaurant).

Still haven't tried Crepes & Co, so that might be similar, although to be honest I do kinda doubt it will be the same.

Odd, btw, that no Cloggie has started a real 'pannekoekenhuis' yet, as I am certain it would go over well in Thailand.

(No, no plans to start something like this myself, I have zero knowledge of how to run a restaurant.)

Sanuk!
