i like a good fried Brekkie.

not good for me at the moment because of my new diet, but what the hell.

has to be FRIED eggs with a runny yolk(but hard white bit)

sausage

mushrooms

baked beans

a bit of bacon(not really a fan of bacon though, but i like the meat tender, not crispy)

big tomatoes cut in half and grilled.

toast is good, but again not too hard.

hash browns are ok as long as they are not fried too much to make them too hard to eat.

and tomato sauce.......

:topic:

had my latest with STH just over a Week ago and it was delicious, went down well with a pint of Stella......

there was a hotel/restaurant/bar in Patong run by an Englishwoman and her Brekkie was rather good.

OH,try this.

cheese on toast(grilled of course and 2 slices of toast).

fried egg on each slice of bread and then covered in baked beans.

then topped with tomato sauce(or your choice of condiment).

a quick snack and filling and tasty......

Eggs - 2 poached or fried, scrambled if there's chopped parsely.

Bacon, fried till crispy, 4 or 6 rashers.

Some of last nights roast potatoes, cut into nuggets and fried to golden, lightly salted.

Mushroom, 1, field, grilled with butter and black pepper.

Tomato, must be ripe, grilled as for mushroom + salt.

Black Pudding, grilled or fried, crispy on the outside but moist in the middle.

Some kind of sausage, preferably with a little spice, i.e. chorizo, sliced and fried.

Two slices of toast, buttered.

A pot of tea, two glasses of orange juice.

And someone to wheel me back to bed when done.

Cheers

Coss
