MooNoi
Pissing down with rain, poor visibility, and a failed go-around. Sounds similar to the Thai crash at Surat Thani. News Article "Taxiing" is any ground movement of an aircraft under its own engine power when not in the process of taking off or landing.
..
However, Orient Thai/One-Two-Go have their heavy maintenance done in Jakarta by Garuda. Given that Garuda have been banned by the US & EU, how "warm & fuzzy" does that make you feel? Regards, SD

MooNoi
Hi, "thai TV reports 45 dead;" Huh? My wife was just watching the news on Thai TV and mentioned they had said 90 dead? KS We wouldn't be expecting any form of consistency from Thai news reports would we?? That would be too much to hope for! Still, its not much better here. Skynews reported the plane that went down belonged to "One-To-Go who is a subsiduary of Thai Airways"... Idiots! That would be NOK Air, not 1-2-Go.
