Or is a guy who comes with his wife and sneaks off for one or two quick ST's while his wife is out shopping a sex tourist too? Does a sex tourist only encompass someone who directly pays for sex? i.e. If a guy has 4 or 5 so-called GTG's lined up to see on his visit to LOS, but he doesn't DIRECTLY pay them financially for sex, yet this is the main reason for his trip to LOS, is he not still a sex tourist?
