chelseafan
Hmmmm. I cant believe a barowner would attack this guy over 60bt in this manner unless something else happened I read, "Drunk, loud, violent and abusive Norwegian" in this story. Bangkoktraveler
Maybe the Norwegian 'caught on' to one of the bar's scams. But then, I wasn't there so how the hell do I know what happened?
MooNoi
It could have been the way that the Norwegian presented the problem of being overcharged... if he was loud and obnoxious about it, it's certainly not the way to handle it. The_Munchmaster
It's amazing how so often the general board reaction to these type of stories is that the customer must have been asking for it.
Hugh_Hoy
That's the truth. Especially since, in this case, it was allegedly an over-charging situation. And we all know that doesn't happen. :smirk: HH
Hugh_Hoy
I could just as easily read "a feeble attempt to overcharge a guy who they thought was too drunk to notice and would be easy to pounce on by several bar employees if he resisted paying." samak
actually surprised that such things do not happen more often. saw myself once a fight in a gogo bar in Pattaya between some tourists (incl. females) and staff as the tourist refused to pay the bill... pretty ugly! i refused to get involved!
