In San Francisco I ate several times at a Diner recommended to me by a moustachioed gentleman of my acquaintance, I didn't take a photo of the resplendent fare, as there were some there from the local YMCA who started preening if I picked up my camera.

OH reckons they're harmless, but if push came to ahhh... er.. lets just say I didn't fancy my chances.

Cheers

Oh, this thread still going is it?

In Bangkok I used to like the fry-up at Chequers in Soi 4. I still think it's okay but the last time I was there, there was no room to sit down and spread out a bit with the paper an' all that. Went down the road a wee bit to the new Irish place (same side as Chequers). Good breakfast, excellent service, a bit of a rubbish table (but then you can't have everything, can you?)

Jomtiem - Soi 5. Simple Simon's. I love that place.
