Valentine's Day in Siam ??

Or rather some women are not interested in an artificial celebration and anyway far too tired having worked or day to care anymore....

And they are not counting their baht...

This said, most of these women I am talking about are focused on their careers rather than having a lousy boyfriend.

Different people, different customs

I know several women who are very career focussed and at middle to senior management level, one in particular a CEO, and yet buddha forgive their respective partners not get with the game on this particular day.

When it comes to their evening they may indeed be too tired to notice but the office talk during the day will be to the contrary. Caution thee who choose to heed a womans words at face value!

Hi,

Drogon, don't want to scare you, but don't be surprised all of this "I don't care about Valentine's" is just an act and she is actually expecting you to send flowers regardless.

Sanuk!

LOL, KS when I saw your note about the "no Flowers" and 2 witnesses - my first thoughts were its a trap! :D

During my Valentine Days in country not only did I buy Flowers aplenty but also Tilac Pillows. :content:

Last Valentine's Day bought a regular a Giant ('bout 5 foot) Teddy Bear. Still wonder how the heck she got it home in the morning since it was as big as her - but we sure did have a good night...

Thank you very much for input , looks as if a desaster could just about be avoided . Valentines is absolutely meaningless in Yeormany although the florists try to tell the population something else . I am now in negotiation with the excellent Flowers-For-Your-Sweetheart Ltd who ensure me of their best services at any given time :deal: and seem to know the proper coordinates of any bar in Greater Bangkok off hand . :hmmm:

Gentlemen ,

going through the health section an alternative thought crossed my mind talking about Valentine's Day : instead of showing superficial interest by ofering commercialised services of a flower company I am considering a preventive haemarroid treatment voucher edited by Bumrungrad's fine people . This would prove definite interest in Madame's health and an elegant way to raise the subject of possible anal practices . I think the idea is great .
