radioman
Okay I got a question here. I'm looking for chocolate eclairs, real ones by my understanding, good chou pastry and filled with fresh cream, heck I'll even take synthetic but please none of this custard crap which seems to be all I can find. Oh yeah and a topping of dark chocolate not the milky stuff. Do these exist here? it's one of the few things I miss from UK damned if I can find them anywhere. ..
Custard Nakamura has baby ones. About 2" long and 1" diameter, filled with a chocolate mousse and topped with dark chocolate. Yummy, and you're right, hard to find. Cheers, SD

HeartThais
Dude, I thought you were trying to lose weight! I love the pastries myself. I gain about 5 pounds a month in the UK eating those cornish pasties.
Old Hippie
We did a thread on Cornish Pasties...I even made some from the recipes/links, came out rather well...I bought some at a pastry shop on beach road in Pattaya 2 years ago...not bad...a bit soggy... As for eclairs, I seem to recall the pastry shop in the land mark has them, not sure on quality.

Yeah, pastries aren't exactly health foods, but I can't resist them...gotta get me some!
