If you're coming from Vibhavadi-Rangsit, exit Ngamwongwan. Keep heading West pass the first major intersection (Pongphet intersection)

 

The Mall is located just a little further down the street from Pongphet. Heading West for another 1.5km, you should see Pantip Plaza 2 on the opposite side of the street.

Also, you can catch a bus from Victory Monument (starts with a 5, I think the 525 - it is the closest bus stop, amongst them all there, to the freeway exit going north).

 

You can also catch a bus on Lad Phrao road & get off just before the freeway overpass (after you have past Ngam Wong Wan Mall).

 

Of course, if you did mean the infamous Pantip Plaze near the clothes district, forget going there.
