Will Interpol act?

BANGKOK, June 1 (TNA) – Thailand’s Department of Special Investigation (DSI) met with four other agencies Tuesday to seek coordination from Interpol on the extradition of fugitive ex-premier Thaksin Shinawatra on terrorism charges.

DSI Director-General Tharit Pengdit met with Itthiporn Boonprakong, chief of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs's Department of Treaties and Legal Affairs, Sirisak Tiyapa, Director-General of the International Affairs Department in the Office of the Attorney General and Pol Col Sinad Arjhanwong of Royal Thai Police’s Foreign Affair Division.

They mapped out a plan on the process to coordinate with Interpol on the arrest and extradition of deposed premier Thaksin after the Thai Criminal Court approved an arrest warrant for him on terrorism charges on May 25.

Well well well, progress, another couple of months and they'll get around to picking up the phone and calling Interpol. They'll have worked out what to say by then...

:0 :) :)

Jesus....this is a hard post to make.

Gotta give my most sincere apologies to KS for my recent transgression as, while justifiably outraged at the childish social climbing efforts of an unnamed poster, I made a number of statements that were both unfair and factually incorrect.

Alcohol may have been involved.

Not only IS THERE A DUTCH WAFFLE, but according to experts, in some cases they are better than pre-made Belgian brands. If you want to choose the moral high-ground and, like me, not support ANY product from Belgium, they represent a viable and morally non-controversial alternative.

Let Belgium be over run and Sharia law imposed! The sooner the better!

Superior waffles are available and I look forward to Gilde Caramel Filled and the always out of stock Echte Boter Stroopwaffles.

Back on topic:

Thaksin sucks! ( In my opinion with no input from his medical experts or any other members of the Bangkok Elite or Rural Falang)

The plot thickens acockasian ... turns out there are two notable kinds of Belgian waffles!!!!

There is the Brussels waffle, which most Americans refer to as a Belgian waffle, and there is also the Liege waffle, originated in the Belgian town of the same name. These waffles, while largely not seen outside of Belgium, are indeed the country's most popular type of waffle The two types of waffles are, apparently, quite different confections.

This no doubt lead to confusion and anger on the part of BB, who had assumed a culinary faux pas on your part, which you interpreted as his being a social climbing, namedropping numb-scull.

I suggest an apology served with a traditional dusting of confectioners sugar.
