Flashermac Posted June 26, 2014 Report Share Posted June 26, 2014 Navy and police officers rounded up 70 alleged prostitutes, including more than 50 transvestites and 7 Madagascan women, in Pattaya early Thursday. The operation took place at 1 am. The officers arrested the suspected prostitutes from the Pattaya Beach and Walking Street. One of the suspects is a man and ten others are Thai women. Guest Posted June 26, 2014 Report Share Posted June 26, 2014 Street solicitation is illegal in most countries including Thailand, and has been since 1960 If everyone was serious as well as arresting the women involved, it seems unfair to me that the men who approach the women for sex are not prosecuted.
