PAD: entire Cabinet must leave office

People's Alliance for Democracy leader Somsak Kosaisuk on Tuesday vowed to continue rallying at Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi airports and demanded the departure of the entire Cabinet.

Following the verdict on party disbandment, Somsak said the PAD would not allow the Cabinet to work in the caretaker capacity until the formation of the next government.

He said every minister must depart along with Prime Minister Somchai Wongsawat.

Of 36 Cabinet members, 22 are not affected by the party disbandment and can carry on in the caretaker administration.

As there are different circumstances now, than earlier today, there are different negotiating points.

I believe that the Army has room to move as the govt is no more, but that depends on the caretaker lot and their intentions regarding the constitution change. Pad may decelerate if the constitution change is delayed or put on hold.

Wise heads in both coloured shirts' camps may prevail.

PAD needs 2 more days to remove all belongings from Government House

The People's Alliance for Democracy needs two more days to dismantle all structures and remove all of its belongings from the Government House compound, Suriyasai Katasila, a PAD leader said Tuesday.

He said the PAD would officially hand over the Government House to the PM's office on Thursday.

3 hours to move in, 2 days to remove?

The Police should check immediately, what kind of belongings they remove. :shifty: :alert:

Uh ... remove everything to the airports? :hmmm:

p.s. The govmt should hand Sondhi the bill for cleaning up his mess, when it's all over. Won't happen though. When Mr T brought in all sorts of folks to support him a few years ago, he put them up at Chatuchak. The city spent millions of baht cleaning up their trash after they left.
