SpiceMan
I got engaged to a former bar girl 2 years ago. We still plan to get married but haven't set a date. (I know I'm a cad). But now I'm wondering, how long will married bliss last with an ex-BG? So heres a poll...

USVirgin
Too complex to cover in a poll, and the bargirl issue is only a part of the equation as to why marriages work or don't. Good luck, though.

shygye
Most marriages end in divorce. Only marry if you can handle the consequences of a divorce.
gobbledonk
Great news Munchie - Susan Boyle is still on the market, and I'm fairly confident that she has never accepted cash for making men happy. Reportedly has a lot of money coming in over the next few years, and they're all the same in the dark.
Old Hippie
Haven't married 1 yet, but who knows I might yet...never know... I agree with USV that there are too many factors which contribute to a marriage failing. The fact that your wife was a whore may or may not be one of them. I always remember the old saying "...the day I met her, she was a whore working in a bar...and that day, I was looking for one..." Same same punter and whore in my book... cavanami
Why marry a Thai lady? Me, as a US citizen, I get none of the benefits from Thailand as she gets from the USA; own property, green card (work permit), no money quota in the bank, no checking in every 90 days. Thailand needs to level the playing field, IMO.
