Flashermac
Haven't married 1 yet, but who knows I might yet...never know... I agree with USV that there are too many factors which contribute to a marriage failing. The fact that your wife was a whore may or may not be one of them. I always remember the old saying "...the day I met her, she was a whore working in a bar...and that day, I was looking for one..." Same same punter and whore in my book... I know several guys who married a bar girl and ended up divorced because they couldn't give up the bars. The Mrs was happy enough to put it all behind her, but the guys weren't. Works both ways. Torneyboy
Why marry a Thai lady? Me, as a US citizen, I get none of the benefits from Thailand as she gets from the USA; own property, green card (work permit), no money quota in the bank, no checking in every 90 days.Thailand needs to level the playing field, IMO. Yes ..very true

I think for a lot of guys, they can't get to LOS often or permanently, and they want some Thai pussy at home...for others, they really want all that goes with having a wife and love the girl...not about all the other crap they can get..,over all, marriage has NO benefit to any man regardless of where she is from... Flashermac
Nonsense. Being married to a Thai gal can get you a spousal visa to stay here. On top of that, there is ... ummm ... and then there is ... uh. Lemme think a while.
