I live in the same town as this trial is taking place. All 45 pages of posts are quite short on facts.

Suits and countersuits have been filed on both sides.

Both sides have currently posted bail

Attempts to bribe officials have occurred

Falsifying of evidence has been documented

Evidence that people here in Thailand illegally

The case continues on...

Small town legal representation is non existent, if you ever get arrested remember that.

Why everyone is busy chosing sides, this case is setting a precidence outside of Thai law that foreigners can sue each other for slander.

If you get accused and a police report filed against you, you will get arrested and have to prove yourself innocent.

I do not support either side.

I simply view this as a bad thing for all foreigners living in Thailand.

The last thing we need is for the Thai govt to think foreigners cannot get along and make trouble for the country.

This is a stupid issue that will hurt us all in the end.

As a teacher here following the case, if you really want to know the facts, get the court transcripts and have then translated

The exact facts that have been presented will shock everyone regardless of who you support.

I now have a fear I have never had before, that I could end up in a mess like this and there is no such thing as a fair trial.

After my contract is up I am going back to OZ.

hey dude do you have a [color:red]w[color:blue]e[color:brown]e[color:orange]k[color:black]l[color:red]y column

Wait a minute! Isn't that one of the drama scenarios from Prison Break....no..no..it was from 24 Hours...wasn't it?

Back to Oz? Maybe you mean Kansas Toto...remember, you're from the 'States' dude!

This is great! We finally got the 'Great Galt' (alias 'Super Defendant') to show up with his 'pack of lies' and bag of surprises!

But...let's take a short break from tonight's episode and enjoy one of John Galt alias Keith Summers famous poems:

Another One Bites The Dust

By John Galt alias Keith Summers

The Galt walks warily down the soi,

With the brim pulled way down low

Ain't no sound but the sound of his toy,

Computer ready to go

Are you ready, Are you ready for this

Are you hanging on the edge of your seat

From of the keyboard the pundit rips

To the sound of the beat

Another one bites the dust

Another one bites the dust

And another one gone, and another one gone

Another one bites the dust

Hey, I'm gonna get you too

Another one bites the dust

How do'you think Stick's going t'get along,

Without you, when you're gone

The wimp can't stand up for himself,

he's afraid to speak out on his own

Are you happy, are you satisfied

now that family has to earn their keep

Out of the keyboard the quips rip

To the sound of the beat ...

Another one bites the dust

Another one bites the dust

And another one gone, and another one gone

Another one bites the dust

Hey, I'm gonna get Stick too

Another one bites the dust

There are plenty of ways you can expose a man

And bring him back to ground

You can poke him

You can prod him

You can chastise him and expose him

When he's down

But I'm ready, yes I'm ready for Stick

I'm standing on my own two feet

From the web the sarcasm rips

With cadence to the sound of the beat

Another one bites the dust

Another one bites the dust . .. Heeeeeeyy Heeeeeyy

Now that 'The Great Galt' (alias Keith Summers and his name is Mud!) is with us, I think that it is time for the 'Wilder Gang' to show up and 'dust off' 'Little Johnny G'.

How'd you like that Keith? Let's get Billy Joe Wilder, Billy Bob Wilder aaaannnndddddd Billy Billy Wilder to come on down from Bangkok...and have some 'blogodacious fun' with your sorry ass mentality. What da ya say, dude?

Yes, folks, this does seem like a different poster doesn't it?

That's because it's time the 'Wilder Gang' came to see 'Little Johnny G' and entertain ya all a bit!

Let's all keep our sense of humour and have some fun!

Well that last post lost me totally - however Mud says he isn't taking sides but thinks the fact a court case is happening is bad for falang - hence he's taking a side against Galt.

Fair enough

Not so fast CTO. There's always the possibility that Mud may be taking sides against Wade for bringing the case. It's not easy being neutral.
