preahko Posted March 12, 2011 Report Share Posted March 12, 2011 One idiot died in the tsunami in northern California generated by the Japan quake: after repeated warnings not to go near the shore, he and two friends went out to, heheheheh, get some awesome photos dude, heheheh... He was swept out to sea; his friends escaped. How can people be so stupid after all the coverage of the Andaman Sea tsunami? Oh yeah, and this happened in Crescent City, California, hardest hit by this tsunami over here, and also the site of a massive tsunami in 1964 that wiped out the town. The worst part is, Coast Guard personnel had to risk their safety going out looking for the twat after he was swept away... The best part is, he won't breed. One thing that does piss me off is the Media especially CNN with their drawn out sensationalised way of reporting. Sure this is a major event and I am in PNG whic was put on alert (not that you woud have known here) and the same footage over and over and over again. Same lines same info time after time.
