I've known the guy for 30 years and I'd say that 90% it is him. I'd say 90% because the clothing he is wearing is'nt VI attire. The guys name is [sorry, no names - KS]. There are a few things I need to know. When was this photo taken? Who took the photo? Whoever took the photo,have they got anymore so I can get a 100% positive ID? What time of day was this photo taken as he may have got drunk and not go home? Has he been seen recently hanging around this area or any other area? If anyone does see him,can they please ask if his name is [sorry, no names - KS]?Don't worry,he's not dangerous. I will get Mrs Rusty to phone his wife this week and try and find out if he has left or been kicked out. If I/we know it's definetly him and he's living rough,I will contact his Mother so we can take steps to get him home.
