For certain German readers I would like to point out that this was a regular coach and not a luxury coach since I realise basic English is difficult for him to comprehend.

Mr Mekong, I am shattered. I realise that somewhere out there disoriented individuals are insulting regular coaches by calling them luxury coaches. Although in defense of my German countrymen I wish to clarify that somebody using the German language could also be Austrian, Swiss or even a Belgian subject living in a German-speaking community somewhere close to our border along the Ardennes. I do also know  people speaking German although living in Namibia. I would appreciate further details as to who said exactly what and where. How on earth is it possible that somebody does not know that the Hongskul Khlong Luang 21 Rescue Foundation is a regular rescue foundation??

Bit of a gray area really. Parent usually means the persons who conceived but can also mean as raising or custodian.

Yes, I would actually fall into that group. I was put up for adoption at birth, then placed in foster care… so were I to have been in such an accident, who really has a right to the compensation?  If I have read the article correctly, I believe there are some “scam claims” coming out, mainly the issues was raised “what about single parents? Is the absentee parent entitled to anything..? There were reports of claims being made by people not at all related to anyone on the bus. If this were the USA, witnesses could try and sue for the stress of witnessing such an ordeal…
