The last person to talk about a lawsuit is Warnock. He should be sacked. He was at home in a game he could have drawn and Wigan came in and played like their lives depended on it, as if it was a cup final and took the game from the Blades. A potential 60 mil quid was on the line and Warnock didn't prepare them enough. He had the opportunity to stay up and didn't. He had the advantage, only needing a draw and playing at home to a side that was in poor form.

As for Chelsea, the money alone isn't the issue, although I don't like it. Its the totally immoral, unethical and sometimes illegal way they do business. Its gluttony if there is ever a valid case. They can outspend any club in the world. Even the top clubs combined...and have. However, they openly tap up a player (Ash Cole) and they buy targets of rivals just to deny those players to them. Very unsporting and goes to show the moral decay in the club. Kenyon is the main culprit. They had Duff a left winger but bid on Robben who had all but signed for man yoo, even visiting manchester. 6 months later, we are about to buy Reyes, a left footed winger and Seville confirmed they made a 12th hour mega-bid for him even though they already had 2 left footed wingers. We were closely tied to Wright Phillips as his step dad is an Arsenal legend and he bids for him and rarely uses him except in cup ties or if someone is injured. You'd think he'd have more use for a player he paid 23 mil quid for. They tapped up obi Mikel, a man yoo signee, and had to pay them about 12 mil quid for the privelege.

They already have the biggest advantage being they can outbid any club for any player but they are so disgustingly unethical they want to dominate completely and take away any sort of competition from the sport with the tapping up and buying of rival targets. They would rather win at all costs even if it ends up ruining the sport through lack of competition.

Warnock and Wednesday should quit whining and accept their deserved relegation. They went down because in the latter stages of the season, when it really matters, West Ham were by far the better team, winning 7 of their last 9 games whereas Sheffield could only manange 2 wins in the same period. They're down and they deserve it.

Mekong, I'd be interested to see the figures for Arsenal.

I cant find the exact figures, but I remember seeing/reading/watching something before which said that Wenger had spent 70 million in 10 years at the club. That works out at 7 million a season. It was mentioned because it was the best as far as goes money spent and success. Success on a budget...

A few that spring to mind:

Anelka: Bought-500,000

Sold- 23,000,000

Overmars/ Petit- Combined fee of 7 million and then sold to Barcleona for 25million.

Also last season we got 5million for Cole and Gallas. More good business.

Wenger is a Professor of Economics from Strausborg University, and we can see why.
