I do hope this clarifies the matter. Now then, May I suggest Mr. Troy get his bum out of bed, return to Pattaya, park it on the appropriate bar stool, with a proper pint in front of him, preferably in the company of young harlots. I am not feeling bad, i just can't sleep which isn't a bad thing because it gives me more time to do things. I wanna thank you all for the uplifting words, and especially Moo Noi he sends me lots of SMS to tell me that he is thinking about me and wishes me well and also ND, that pep talk of yours was really good, it motivated me to keep positive thinking while my family is dieing right now over feeling sorry for themselves! I have 2 good friends (Thai family - doctors) who could either help you or refer you to a good specialist. I just wanted to clarify the following you wrote, Since I am not insured and the hospital is making pure money with me I was on 3rd position for a transplant, however I turned down a transplant for now because that would have meant that somebody else who really needs it has to die and I am in no health threatening state! Bone marrow donation is not like donating a kidney. A bone marrow donor can give multiple donations. The marrow regenerates in 4 to 6 weeks.
