I`ve got loads of VCD s and would like to pick out the best tracks and load them onto my phone ( MP3 )...they play ok on the pc but no idea how to get the MP3 from an MP4 and into the phone... Adobe Premiere Pro can separate audio from video in an MP4... Cheers, SD

Coss
Don't know PCs, nasty things, always doing something else like stop when click start, or can't send email because bloody dialogue box asking about archiving old items, hidden in background so Outlook not working until this bloody hidden dialogue box is found and clicked and then everything goes blue... Arrgh... Now if I had the time to spend becoming a grade 3 MicroSoft techno-guru or some such, I would know about these things, but I just wanna take pictures, make video, listen to music and get on with life. Mekong
OH, There are many freeware applications available to convert DVD to iPod format (MPEG-4, H.264), personally I use Handbrake as mentioned by a couple of other posters. Once you have converted the DVD to MPEG-4, H.264, if you have not saved it into iTunes default folder just open iTunes and import file from where you saved it, plug in the iPod and Synch, its so simple even the wife can do it
