Central Scrutinizer
Yes, good to see you have gotten it under control. Stress can be a bitch. And I know all about addictive personalities, as I have one myself. Comfortably Numb can be addictive as hell when the daily grind gets to be a bore and a drag or shit goes down that you cannot control much. cavanami
Many of the "great" ones have had mountains of $$$ then gone broke, work and make another pile of $$$. Money can always be replaced! One's health cannot.

BelgianBoy
Good to see you have it under controll. Equaly important is to sort out the trigger that made you go for the bottle, i.e. work & finances. Hope you sort that out soon as well. BB

CTO
Well - after my birthday party (sorry Mr Bang - I hope the elevator is fixed soon and the poor chap in the lobby get's the helmet off his head) I decided to follow Mr MEkong's example and stop drinking for 9 days! I was very proud of our Mekong - so some bloke and me took him to a late lunch - I am just home now - nothing like celebrating not drinking like drinking a few tiger beers in Patpong while they erect the stalls. Damm good 5 hour lunch it was Not sure why the limes in the beer smelt like cat piss - but Mekong - let's celebrate not drinking again soon!
