Americans, specially the Republican / NRA / Right Wing / MAGAts types make me laugh, and I don’t mean in a haha way 

They are always banging on about the Second amendment, what it actually states is “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed”

When there is a shooting at a mall, same old thing Second Amendment, what threat were shoppers to a free state?

When there is a shooting in the workplace, same old thing, Second Amendment, what threat were co-workers to a free state 

When there is a school shooting, the same old thing, Second Amendment, what threat were school children to a free state.

Attempted assassination of a Fascist Party Leader, the man behind Project 2025, a man who is a threat to a Free State, the very thing the founding fathers wrote the constitution for to allow the people to overthrow such threats and they all start screaming “Injustice” and “Threat to democracy” 

I gave up trying to understand America and Americans many years ago, it just gave me headache

I gave up trying to understand America and Americans many years ago, it just gave me headache 

“…Well take away guns and project 2025 becomes fair more easy to accomplish…” Is usually the cry…As if Cleatus Magee and his 1/2 brother 1/2 cousin Claude and their buddies at the gun club are any match for the U.S. military, who they think will break ranks and join them…the sort who swears trump will pardon the January 6th clowns etc…all part of the plan to “make America great again…”

The second amendment is short and made sense at the time. When called to clarify at the time, the writers and signers all said who the militia was supposed to be…”…the people, the public, men and boys of military age…” So there we have it. As many know, I like guns and I own several, lots of hunting and competitive shooting etc…oddly, only time I ever needed a “military style assault rifle” was when I was in the military fighting in El Salvador…another place we didn’t need to be…but I digress, the second amendment is often misunderstood and misused. Yes, it says we have that right, but with that comes a responsibility, which oddly many of the hard core don’t grasp. Nothing wrong with trying and safe handling class prior to sale, a background check waiting period etc…nothing keeping you from owning it at all, just making sure your right has not been taken away for cause…I’d also like to see a mandatory class that explains firearms laws so we can stop all the “shoot first ask questions later” and “shoot him and drag him over the door step” bullshit… think it was Bobcat Goldwaithe who said “I support gun ownership, anything that increases the chance of idiots shooting themselves or each other is ok with me…”

Contrary to popular belief, the UK also has the Right to Bear Arms under the Bill of Rights

The Bill of Rights 1689 allowed Protestant citizens of England to "have Arms for their Defence suitable to their Conditions and as allowed by Law" and restricted the ability of the English Crown to have a standing army or to interfere with Protestants' right to bear arms "when Papists were both Armed and Imployed contrary to Law" and established that Parliament, not the Crown, could regulate the right to bear arms

Sound familiar? That is what the Second amendment is based upon, the main difference being is the part underlined was omitted from the constitution.

So when the UK changed the law in the late 90’s  following the one and only school massacre, they did so without infringing the Bill of Rights. If the USA had have kept this line in the 2A it would be easy to outlaw assault rifles etc and to keep the 2A as originally envisioned

Getting back to the Second Amendment, Jim Jefferies  nailed in his routine on guns being that an amendment is a change to the law generally made by another law which means it can be changed. But they will never do it as far as I can see. We changed the laws here with very little objection however guns to Amerikans are like the Quran to Muslims.

Former President Donald Trump on Saturday announced he was selling “Trump Coins” featuring his face for $100.

Trump posted the announcement video to Truth Social and said, “this beautiful, limited-edition coin commemorates our movement, our fight for freedom, prosperity and putting America first.”

The website says the coin is a “1oz .999% silver medallion” and features the White House on the back.

 

To commemorate Yellowdonald´s fight " for freedom " and " putting  America first " he should sell coins featuring his arsehole on the back for 1 $. How bizarre is this going to be?

Gentlefolk, if you have the time and can do so, seek out Rachel Maddow's - "From Russia with Lev". MSNBC Films.

I haven't seen the whole thing yet, but I am convinced and will put good money on, the content of this docco, ensuring the next President of the good 'ol USA will be Kamala Harris.

"From Russia with Lev" details, with evidence, Trump's and his gang of shysters', actions and grifting in regard to Russia and Ukraine.

The revealing conversation between Hunter Biden and Lev Parnas is an eye popper.

Seeing more and more of this docco, I'm starting to wonder if Donald is indeed an arch villain with a superior, machiavellian, genius for evil.

But my original opinion of Donald stands, he's just a blowhard, grifting, big noter, constantly clawing his way to the top of the heap.

And anyway, we only know, of one, arch villain with a superior, machiavellian, genius for evil, Mr Putin.

I'm thinking that Putin doesn't love Trump anymore. Or Trump would be, better propped up, than he is now.
