Really horrible news. Marcel was a very decent fellow and genuinely one of the good guys.

Nice to see all the old board members, too bad it has to be a tragedy that caused it. 

Since the beginning of this board, Khun Sanuk was the public face of the board, and I have stayed in the background tending to sysadmin duties.  I'll continue to do that for the foreseeable future.  We may need to consider a new moderator or two to make sure things are attended to.

Such sad news.  Marcel was the best.  He came out to see Dee and I the last time we were in Bkk...a great friend and really made my time in Thailand so much better than it would have been without him.  Hope everybody else is doing well.

They were my thoughts as well but to be honest I'd like to see it keep going. But that relies entirely on the input from members.

I really liked him and we kept in contact through the years, so sorry for his family and particularly his children.
