All of the ways to transmit monies have fees, it just depends which one best serves you ... waerth Posted February 20, 2011 Report Share Posted February 20, 2011 I set up paypal for my hong kong bank account. But because the account and address are in HK I can only get paypal in Chinese. I cannot change the language on the website, and all the emails they send are in Chinese to! The idiot thing is I specifically clicked ENGLISH when signing up. I tried it for my father as well, same story. I wrote an email to support and got an answer back. No can change because you are in Hong Kong and the language in Hong Kong is Chinese!
