We didn’t have to wait long for Israel’s latest outrage

The Israelis knew this was a no win going into it. The big question will be can they maintain the blockade. Two more ships are on the way.

No. Egypt has opened its border checkpoint with Gaza.

Even during the Egyptian and Israeli embargo, and average of 15,000 ton of food and medicine passes through each week from Israel to Gaza.

What are your true colours, BB... Belgium's official Israeli apologist?

You certainly appear to be a Zionist, someone who approves of the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians to make way for Jewish immigrants.

Specialist and Flashermac. You're not one and the same by any chance are you? You quote the same obscure sources, and closely timed together. :hmmm:

sounds like I am not the only one here getting smearched, more like a systematic tactic :(

David Horowitz, editor of the Jerusalem Post, was just asked the same question a few minutes ago on Al Jazeera. He said he didn't know why.

I agree with Horowitz: no idea. ;)

So do you think everyone should withhold drawing conclusions until we get to see the whole video?

That would be nice to see for a change. It's kind of too late cuz everyone has made up their mind what happened.

Anyway... yeah. I guess by the way you didn't reply about what the video shows, it means you do accept at least that those guys on the boat actually were violent. Only reason I posted was because I was watching that lady on BBC flatly denying that the protestors were violent in any way, said they were shot unprovoked. I mean I can listen to the arguments about whether it was handled properly, the legitimacy of the blockade itself, etc etc. But I can see, and it just seems, I dunno, childish to try to claim these guys weren't violent. It's not even borderline. They're very violent.

... which the UN says is about 1/4 of what is needed! There is over 1 million people in Gaza. What Israel allows into Gaza is quite arbitrary. It allows livestock feed, but bans livestock!

They should just be willing to starve themselves to avoid the anti-semitic label. Who the hell do they think they are wanting food and medical supplies?
