Every action has a reaction

" Actio par est reactioni "   Sir Isaac Newton, today confirmed by Sir Bubi.

Actually Newtons Third Law of Motion is Every action has an equal and opposite reaction, not just a reaction as you misquoted

Mr Mekong, maybe you find the time to improve your Latin once you are heading for Songkran and might not go out anyway.

it means : Any action is the same as the reaction. " par est "  means it is the same. I was very good in Latin at school , it actually saved my bacclaureat against all probability.

As we seem to be heading for another bullshit-chess you are invited to respond.

Actually my Latin is Melius Quam Mediocris, and I fully understand  what Actio par est reactioni means but that is not what Sir Isaac Newton said. If you want to say it in Latin it would read Omnis actio,  aequalis et contrarian est reactio

Einstein didn’t say E= MC Hammer did he, MLK didn’t say I have a Fantasy and Rene Descsartes did t say ai think therefore I maybe.

If yo are going to attribute a quote to someone at least get it right, if one applied “Action Equals Reaction” to basic Engineering principle the results would be unknown.

But knowing for Equilibrium that there have to be equal and opposite forces, and in order to let’s say launch a 1 Tonne Rocket a force of greater than 1,000 kg thrust is required.

Expectantes respondum uestrum

" US president calls on China to remove its 34% retaliatory tariff by Tuesday ",

otherwise he threatens to add another 50% on top of the existing tariff(s). Tariffs total then being about 104 % on top of import value says CNN.

This is now high noon approaching, extremely entertaining, I am buying popcorn. I cannot imagine the Chinese giving in, loosing face is worse than prostrate cancer in their view.

On the other hand, the European Union offered today to erase all tariffs on industrial goods. No good for President Duck because he wanted to make America rich by huge tariff payments. No idea how this should ever materialise because it is the US importers paying the money and later the consumers. This guy is so sick sick sick. Though President Duck would then learn that the Europeans still do not buy US cars because they do not fit our market due to size and consumption and different taste. If you operate a RAM-car over here you are considered sort of an outlaw. The Mustang finds quite a few customers because the price is good.

Duck and Xi should meet half way somewhere and shoot it out. Both idiots.

Ditto Middle Earth, as with Europe, nostalgia sees a few mustangs sold, but very few of the big RAM/Silverado "trucks".

Down here, those have to be "converted" to right hand drive and that puts the price way up.

Something, only a few blokes, who need to demonstrate how Macho they are, need.

The Toyota/Maxda/Isuzu/Mitsubishi utes (utility vehicles) are the sensible option here.

Also now, (prior to tariffs) numerous models from India and China.
